Power1Team.net is run by humans. Whilst our R&D team is working night and day to try and create robots that do all of the work for us, we're still a little way off that, leaving us to do the work. We're human and we can make mistakes. We have in the past and we will do so in the future. However, we are always quick to acknowledge where we have made a mistake and will always go the extra mile to correct any mistakes that we have made. Competitors will try and hide mistakes they have made, we do not. What separates us from the rest is how we address such hiccups and our openness in doing so. 2. Price - Affordability for all

We've used the Internet since the days that a 3 page website could cost you thousands of dollars a year to host. We have helped pioneer the budget hosting market, bring hosting packed with the features you need to run your website at a cost that you can afford. We are constantly pushing the boundaries in terms of what we can offer that fit within our business model and we are very pleased in what we are able to offer clients. This is something we take very close to heart and consequently, we strive to (and succeed in doing) receiving extremely high levels of customer satisfaction. We regularly acheive 100% uptime in any given month for each of our servers, and even when we fall short of this mark, we're still looking at 99.9%.
